Custom Homes
The Zalla Homes division is one of the foundations of the Zalla Companies' success. During the early 1980's, Zalla developed the Ria Vista subdivision in Villa Hills, Kentucky, a collection of 63 custom homes, many with river lots. Ria Vista was one of the first communities in Northern Kentucky to include a communal pool, tennis courts, and other recreation amenities.
Bill Zalla is also a founding partner in the development of Triple Crown Country Club Community in Union, Kentucky. Triple Crown now boasts over 1,000 homes, an 18-hole championship golf course and the distinction as the premier residential community in Northern Kentucky. Zalla Homes is now engaged in the building of custom homes in the $500,000 to $1,000,000 price range. There are a few select lots still remaining in Ria Vista, however the focus of Zalla Homes' building efforts is in the Triple Crown development.
